Cocktail Meatballs (Favorite of Grandma Linda)
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1.
Shape into 1” balls and brown in ¼ cup shortening or oil.
2.
Remove meatballs from skillet and pour off fat. Heat:
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce and
- 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
Stir constantly until jelly melts. Add meatballs
and stir until thoroughly coated. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes.
